Same same. Had to rewire the entire DB as well as garage. Previous owner had wired some **** directly into the DB using speaker wire. Their "sparky" signed it off and supplied COC after a quick visual inspection.

Cottages need their own DB. Sellers often use a friend of a friend to give a COC that isn't worth the paper it is written on. Get an independent to do the COC and demand the seller fix everything on the list. Otherwise lodge a complaint with the transferring attorneys.
