    CX-3 gets my vote given your requirements. Mazda in particular uses physical controls for their screens, will have the reliability and safety aspects you're after as well. Personally I'd go for a Crosstrek (new XV) but that's because the AWD is a big deal for me, but unlikely to be what you need...
