    How's the service at the Rosebank shop these days? I have a Venu with severe burn-in I want to send in (via courier). It's out of warranty, but from what I've read this was an issue with that generation of watches. Hoping to get a replacement or discount on another unit.

    Not sure about 1.5kg, but drivers will often pick up marbles on the cool down lap for a bit of extra weight. Spa doesn't have a cool down lap.
