Before going the netinstall route, I would first try using the reset button to boot on the factory boot loader and if that doesn't work then try a device reset.

@TheRoDent Will you be providing IPv6 to business customers on DFA anytime soon? Our previous ISP supported IPv6 and we were promised IPv6 by the CISP sales person in 2020. However, when we switched, we were told that it was a mistake and it wasn't supported.
I'm sure they will try force you to pay it but if enough people don't like it, you could try taking it to the constitutional court. Forcing someone to pay for a service they don't need or want sounds like something you can fight for.
This is looks like awesome work. Going to take a look this weekend. I see you went with an optocoupler for the data connection. I just did a basic voltage divider with resistors. Was thinking of using an optocoupler for safety but was to lazy to order one for my prototype.
I started putting together a prototype using an esp32 dev board and esphome while I was on leave in December but I haven't had a chance to test it yet as we had the inlaws visiting for the last 2 weeks
Seen this issue before in our office where one of the switches went hay wire and the spanning tree protocol Mac table got corrupted and caused the most bizarre issues. Rebooting the switch resolved the issue. I’m surprised they didn’t isolate the network during troubleshooting in the first few...
I think it is pretty obvious that they don’t have a clue what the issue is. The reboots and line card replacements were probably the easiest things things they could try but had no effect and weren’t causing the issues
I have multiple Apple devices downloading the exact same files and have the same speed issues. I'm sure there are hundreds of CISP clients downloading XCode, iOS and MacOS updates, so I don't think it is a cache-filling issue. I'm guessing either it is a network port or CPU saturation issue on...
Hi, does anyone else find the Cool Ideas Apple edge cache server very slow or is it just me? I recently switched from Cloudflare DNS to CISP DNS hoping it would be better for on-network caching but it appears to have severely affected my download speeds for anything Apple related. When updating...
Had no issues with my Ultra 2 cellular connection on Vodacom for almost a year and suddenly when everyone else who were having issues got sorted my watch started saying no sim. Tried resetting everything and reactivating one number and now stuck on "waiting" 😢
