Because the WC will be in the north?

I still think we have a problem at No 12. And our No 14 thinks he is Habana.

    Castle Lager Rugby Championship 2014

I'll agree that the weather stuffed up NZ and Oz. It wasn't as bad as at Loftus but I still do think that the Ozzies were hitting the breakdown with venom and that made the difference. I did lol at Barrett being sent off - I think he has made my list of douches that play rugby (and he's...

    Castle Lager Rugby Championship 2014

Is there wheel chair access onto the field? Why are we persisting with some of the toppies? And Adriaan Strauss?

Agree. The scrum problem in in the second row. That Salusa 45 takes a while to kick in.

Kolisi ought not to be there - he gets dominated and his game goes to crap.

Deserved it? Based on what? His performance in the last 2 games?

So the game where experience playing in France would count most, Bakkies warms the bench?

Springbok End of Year Tour - 2013...

I don't think we knew their calls - I got the distinct impression that the Boks took this as a training game. How else do you practice defending against a driving maul if you keep winning the line out ball.

Italy centre Luca Morisi spleen removed

That game was insane - Italy's 15 just beat the Fiji 7s team.

Springbok End of Year Tour - 2013...

The guys I noticed putting in a huge amount of effort were Pat and Marcel. Hell, even Guthro was showing that props can tackle (Jannie take note). And I must say that I really do feel calmer when Eben is on the field.

    Currie Cup 2013

Injured arm. Saw Boots n All last night and Bismarck was saying that this is his first tour since 2008 without Jannie. Quite touching.

I'm not the one with blinkers on - as for size, a good big one beats a good little one every time.

    Currie Cup 2013

No, no, no. Not even close. Strauss may be the best of the rest but Bismarck is in just another league altogether.

    Currie Cup 2013

Based on McCaw's recent form - yes, I'd leave him out. I don't thnk that Du Toit is taking after Bakkies in the least. He is more like a loose forward. More Willem Alberts than Willem Alberts is Willem Alberts - if you follow that. I don't have anything against most rugby players and...

    Currie Cup 2013

Kolisi wasn't coming back from that boo boo that he got in the first few minutes of the final. But when his replacement was Burger there was no choice. Burger was not going to last the match. It wasn't that Kolisi had a bad game - he was taken out, intimidated, lost his bottle. He is done for...

    Currie Cup 2013

What doesn't make sense? There are about 10 players that are going on a tour that just won't feature for the world cup. In that sense they are taking up space that could be better used on other talent, or in some cases, on some players with talent. Gio Aplon is useless as a Bok. Sure, he is...
