    Agreed. Speeds have been wonky and inconsistent all evening. browsing is sluggish, and game downloads are outright refusing to download. VR really needs to address this issue, considering how expensive a 100Mbps line is. Frustrating to pay for something that fails to deliver. @Afrigirl

    Hi @Afrigirl . There’s something wrong with my Vuma reach router. When doing downloads the Wi-Fi cuts after about a minute and restarts. Irritating to say the least. Also the speeds are inconsistent. Can someone be sent out to have a look or replace router please?

    Moving to a place that has Vuma reach. Hoping for a smooth fibre transition @Afrigirl but couldn't help to notice how flimsy those routers are... (1) is there a limit to how many devices can connect? (2) can I log into the router and change the DNS or Wi-Fi password?

    Minor outage of about 10 minutes (01h05 ~ 01h15) on Openserve in Klipkop/Parow. Not sure what the issue was. All seems good now.

    Hours off. 8 Nov - 00h00 till 19h00 (19 hours off) 9 Nov - 16h00 till 08h00 (16 hours off) Same thing from Afrihost ‘waiting feedback from Openserve’, there needs to be something more. What was the issue and why does it keep happening? Where’s the ETA etc? @Afrigirl @AfriNatic

    Power, PON, Auth, 1 — all green. Router shows red. Others in the area are also off. It’s very random, but there seems to be an outage in CPT as people from other areas also say they’re having fibre issues. @Afrigirl @AfriNatic

    Hi @AfriNatic , upgraded speed on Openserve to 50/25, but its doing a funny thing of starting off a speed test at 50mbps then drops to 25mbps. Any ideas?
