All things Sunsynk (Deye, Inge, etc...)

Are the Batteries disharging though or are you only pulling power from the grid? I guess you will know tonight when you don't have solar input.

All things Sunsynk (Deye, Inge, etc...)

Your discharge amps are correct. I would lower the charge amps as 115amps seems excessive. (My personal rule of thumb is slower charge = lower battery temp = less battery degradation) Tick activate battery back on. This info according to the manual: Activate battery: This feature will help...

Moved it. The battery info screen changed from charge, discharge 100 to 200. I will wait for the battery to reach full charge then see if it behaves the same way. Your batteries are communicating the way they should now, so I think your other issue will go away. Haven't followed the full...

All things Sunsynk (Deye, Inge, etc...)

@joker08 Continuing on what I posted last night as I said I have this feeling that: 1. Your CAN Cable is correct and that has to go to the inverter. 2. The Grey Cable is meant to go into the other group of RS485 ports. The only thing is normally there would be a dedicated Master and...

SSEG - how many have been through the process of registering their inverter?

Officially received our approved Commissioning Letter today. Can close that chapter now. Seems all it took was some whining on the MYBB forums.😝

SSEG - how many have been through the process of registering their inverter?

Pretty much my attitude. I have done everything from my side including follow ups. Our installers did the applications, so if COCT can't cope with the amount of applications then it's not my problem. Also had the issue with meter that needed to be changed and even that was like wringing water...

2 Systems installed at about the same time August last year in Cape Town. 1 in the Southern Suburbs. Commissioning took 6 Months. 1 in Town. Still waiting. Did a follow up and seems they haven't even gotten to it yet.
