    So it seems ITS have changed something, and the pool heat pumps no longer work with Tuya Smart. For mine which arrived last week I had to use an app called iLetComfort. Bit of a pain as that doesn't integrate with Home Assistant, which I was banking on.

    Got my Ender 3 S1 yesterday. Setup took 15mins, first print another 30 after that. Been printing pretty much non-stop since. Really impressed with how easy this makes things. Flexi-rexi turned out great too

Availability aside, some back of the napkin calcs seem to suggest that, if you bought a v2, and then upgraded the extruder, hot-end, bed-springs, bed-plate, ptfe tubing, and added dual Z; then you'd end up at around R8k, which is probably what...

    No idea, you'd have to ask them :) The complaint in the original post was about why CoCT charged an extra 35%, so I was attempting to explain that. At lease CoCT has something to show for the 35% they charge :)

    I'm fairly sure the 35% goes to CoCT electricity projects separate from Eskom, like Steenbras. (ie the reason CoCT mostly stays a level below the rest of the country when there is loadshedding)

    What version of LocalTy What version of LocalTuya are you using? I think there's an issue with the latest verison (3.2.0 - https://github.com/rospogrigio/localtuya/issues/284), rather use 3.1.0
