I'm on Discovery Coastal i've not had any problems,just know how it works rules etc. Always ask Dr if they are contracted in or out. Gap cover covers the balance.
Happend to me as well. I had no inernet from Friday until Monday. Tech guy came out and found out that they upgraded me without advising me. New profile blah blah ..not for free it is going to cost me more.[emoji857][emoji857]
No Problems so far. I was on ADSL and when i had a connection problem it was sorted eventually....patience is a virtue. I have Fibre since July 2019 (Lte) and can not complain.
