We've got this, DS416play, and it works like a dream. We stream music-videos from it, with permission from the boss of course, who also streams music-video from it, over wifi, to his freekin massive TV.

    Traffic fine while Wheel Clamped

    Traffic fine while Wheel Clamped

I was off to the side of where the walkway joined pavement. I wasn't parked in the pedestrian crossing or right in front of where it joined. I was out of the way of it to a side where it joined

    Traffic fine while Wheel Clamped

    Traffic fine while Wheel Clamped

My Primary argument will still be that at the time Century City Security staff said, "She shouldn't have done that"

    Traffic fine while Wheel Clamped

But if the clamping was illegal and it prevented me from moving the bike and avoiding a fine, we're back to Century City being liable for the fine?

    Traffic fine while Wheel Clamped

Its parked where a pedestrian crossing comes to a sidewalk. Its like a little corner piece

    Traffic fine while Wheel Clamped

"Parked vehicle in such a manner as to encroach on the sidewalk" I have photos showing that I'm not encroaching on the sidewalk, complete with big red lines showing I'm not.

    Traffic fine while Wheel Clamped

Traffic Officer didn't clamp the vehicle. Century City Security clamped it. Traffic Officer, I was told, was knowing to be overly strict. Also, arrived hours after the bike was clamped.
