    Thanks, it seems to be localised on my line or area, not sure yet, waiting on feedback from @TheRoDent Tested with laptop direct into CPE and gives exactly the same speeds as from PC into Mikrotik. Laptop on Ubuntu and PC on Win10

    One would think.... that is if you have brains....seems the octotel people fail in this department, that if you add new sectors/areas/suburbs/clients to your exchanges/pops that you need to increase your capacity to keep quality of service at the current acceptable levels.

    Usually submit a ticket with all the details, tests.... then PM @PBCool or @TheRoDent with the ticket number and ask them to escalate it with Octotel, then hold your thumbs, cross your toes, ask all friends and family to do the same, and hope that 1 day the problem will be resolved. :ROFL...
