Do you think comments below articles are valuable?

Geepers i thought it was only me that thought this of MyBB. Glad someone else feels the same. I've switched to BusinessTech because their journalism is better and comments section more constructive.

Do you think comments below articles are valuable?

My point exactly, and why do the moderators get off on these racist comments by allowing them?

Do you think comments below articles are valuable?

A definite NO. My reasons are mainly around the unfair moderation of comments. 1. MyBB can't stand criticism on their articles. Sometimes their sources of info are biased and incomplete. When you give an opinion which is contrarary to the authors intent, they delete your comment. Sure some...

ANC accused of using COVID-19 to seize control in the Western Cape

Cool, thanks for insights. Think I'll rather comment here with you friendly (and less salty) folk!

ANC accused of using COVID-19 to seize control in the Western Cape

Yeah I'm not worried about tinka/aknit, i'm more worried about MyBB moderators not being fair and favoring right-wing comments and deleting comments that don't play to their agenda.

ANC accused of using COVID-19 to seize control in the Western Cape

I'm confused because my "free speech" is always deleted. I'm geniunely interested to know what is free speech because clearly I don't get it. Care to explain to a noob? I'm moaning because my "free speech" is always deleted. Right wing comments are allowed, but my criticism on my MyBB always...

ANC accused of using COVID-19 to seize control in the Western Cape

Have any of you experience unfair banning in the Disqus comments section of my MyBB articles? All my comments are moderated because I once made and "attack" on a really poor article. Seems some users are allowed to say what they want: Wait for it - very soon, the ANC will be accused of the...

How Harmony OS could take on Android

Thanks Trump for fragmenting Android even more. Now each Android app has to be coded to load Huawei libraries and Google libraries. Different maps, different push notification system.

FNB expands countrywide support for QR code payments

Most of the banks use a QR Code Aggregator, so it does a round trip before it hits Zapper. Paying with the SnapScan App, Zapper App or MasterCard App is direct access so its super quick, especially Zapper.

FNB expands countrywide support for QR code payments

It beats handing your credit over to someone to clone your card, or waiting for the waiter to bring the credit card machine, or having to carry cash at markets where they only accept hard cash or SnapScan. Wish it was more prevalent. Been around for 7 years, but take up has been too slow in...

Ask RSAWEB anything about the Cloud - Win great prizes

The cheapest Azure tiee for hosting a simple Web Service is still too expensive for my startup. Your dedicated servers are more expensive per month. What is the compelling reason that small businesses should adopt your cloud offering over Azure and AWS?

R41,000 Apple iMac vs building your own Windows 10 PC

Very brave of you to admit that in this forum. From here on, you will labelled an iSheep. /s I'm with you on this. Mac is premium pricing, but you get what you pay for. "Once you go Mac you don't go back" is what is say.

R41,000 Apple iMac vs building your own Windows 10 PC

Nice comparison; so the PC wins on price and probably performance too with that SSD compared to the Fusion drive in the iMac. In terms of compactness and sexiness , the iMac wins and to me that justifies the extra R7k.

Apple launches new powerful 27-inch iMac

Oh, I was referring to the 27 inch that has a 1TB Fusion Drive installed by default. But yes, the 27” is upgradable it seems to a 2TB SSD. Also, not sure if our Za store is authorized to upgrade components. I guess it would have to be a DIY job, but what about warranty etc?
