Are fiber providers part of the lockdown?

Does not really say anything about the fact if new installations will be allowed to continue. Just that existing once will be managed and datacenters will be operational

Are fiber providers part of the lockdown?

@websquadza i really hope they are allowed to operate. I made an appointment for Vumatel to install almost 2 months ago. Will give them a call in the AM to find out. If not, to possibly get them to install on Thursday(Instead of saterday). Even if i have to pay them extra to come and install

Cool Ideas Fibre ISP – Feedback Thread 2

Look its understandable if the service is down for say an hour or two. But it should be a high priority to get back up and running in business hours. I work from home 75% of the time and i lost 2 hours today where i had to resolve to lte, which is not fast enough to get my work done
