I only know of Buyee for Japan https://buyee.jp/?lang=en. I've sent things with both AGS and EMS. Both arrived every time but Aramex was quicker and not that expensive when everything was sent together.

I would contact the shop. With US customer service culture they're much more likely than Aramex to help you out. Wouldn't be surprised if they offered you a full refund even if it isn't entirely their fault. I can also see how some extra pressure in the wrong place could cause this to happen. I...

I agree - it should be easier to easily see what I've bought and sold and when I did it. Another thing I don't like is that price charts only start from when a stock or product is added to the platform, which I then have search google for.

It has been very easy to make money in the past year. I've bought a bunch of hyped stocks (NIO, XPENG, LMND etc.), and sold them when they reached over 100%, and they've mostly still gone up a lot after that. I can't say that I've really done my due diligence or have major conviction.
