I've had friends from neighbouring countries who completed their in service training in South Africa. They had a little more trouble finding the ist than us locals however they did complete their studies. Perhaps i could ask them how they did it you'd like me to ask..

Yes, I'm currently using it to manage my emails.. It unsubscribed me from 40 mailing lists. And has a daily summary/rollup of another 32 mailing lists. Before unroll.me , I would use filters to handle each mailing list but at some point it became too much to handle. It does a great job...

Try www.unroll.me to block unsolicited emails.

They don't really ask for your email.. I'm not sure how it's checked but I changed the email on my burner Twitter account and they sent me a dm with the voucher in the morning..
