Tried using my phone to pay and it didn’t work. Do you unlock your phone for it to work or do you rest your finger on touch id?
I tried both methods and it didn’t work.
Used my watch and worked flawlessly.
I had a Discovery card and their service was horrible. They never called me back on numerous occasions Charged me fees for nothing and till today have not refunded me.
Nedbank would be my choice or even ABSA.
Managed to add both my credit and debit cards.
Quick question, is it possible to have both methods of payment (mobile and watch) or only one?
How do you change your default settings from watch to phone and vice versa?
Thanks, could you elaborate more on the few network issues after using your own router?
I started using my old TPlink router since this afternoon and have yet to drop connection.
Mostly wifi across laptops and phones.
Happened when watching Netflix andriod box connected via cable to the modem.
Called their support center a few times but they see no drops on their end as well as on Openserve.
Could be the modem?
Anyone on MTS and using the standard Zyxel modem have issues where you lose connection ( no throughput) for like 2-5 mins and than everything connects again after this?
Been happening quite often on my side and it’s becoming an issue.
I had the exact same RA with Sanlam. My fees for 2020 would’ve been over R10000 had I not moved. Thanks to @zerocool2009 for making me aware to check my fees.
Moved over to Sygnia Skeleton 70 and have not looked back.
Been having issues with MTS the last few weeks. Connectivity just drops for a few minutes and comes back. Sometimes no red lights on the modem but recently the red light comes on until it’s connected again.
