    International speed still poor after SAT-3/WASC fix

    I'm on Octotel via Webafrica (100/25 connection) and use ExpressVPN. Even after the SAT-3/WASC fix my international speeds are poor, I'm getting 0.306 Mbps on the Netflix speed test via their app, and 6.93 Mbps on a speed test. Is Webafrica still using up the bandwidth they purchased...
