Not too sure, this is what it shows on Google Maps

For some reason I can't pick up Cell IDs with a "-" & numbers after it. I'm having the same problem trying to see my tower, got a similar ID type from my router with a Telkom LTE simcard

Couldn't find anything with these cell IDs, are they correct?
