Suffice to say, when I get the chance at an alternative that is not MTN, I will be leaving MTN. They like to shout from the rooftops that they provide the best coverage & speed, but all I see is "blah blah blah" I moved to MTN in January 2022, and even after 5 months, they still haven't fixed...

Your tower actually has battery backups... lucky. Some MTN towers remain dark during rolling blackouts. Our area serves well over 3000 people but they can't be bothered. Extremely annoying, so much for being No. 1 eh MTN? Suffice to say; not MTN, Afrihost, or Supersonic, gives a damn to try...

Why is gaming traffic under your "Streaming" shaping?, I would love to know this, every time someone watches a video on an already pathetic 360p stream limit in 2021, this is on the 4G uncapped package, it makes gaming impossible. Also, is there no upgrade that can be made for a little higher...

This isn't helpful. As I already said; there are ISP's that have the connection, they just haven't bothered to set up the routing yet for their ADSL subscribers. With some of them, it does seem to be active for their Fibre subscribers but that doesn't help ADSL users. CrystalWeb (Now EvoNet)...
