Excluding Cape coloured folks (which are not from Pretoria) I'd say the vast majority of native Afrikaans speakers are white.

Not Cape coloureds. Not unless they specifically moved there in recent times.

They're a distinct population group babycakes. Lumping them in all in culturally as one homogenous groups called "coloureds" is just plain ignorant.
