Does anybody know what would cause Home Screen within system services on an iPhone to consume ludicrous amounts of data? This has never happened to me before, but it has used something like 2GB in a couple of days and I (1) have no idea how to prevent this (2) have no idea what it could possibly be doing…

Widgets maybe?

What device? What OS version?

Anything special on the Home Screen?

Also aren’t you looking at total stats for data possibly?

iPhone 15
iOS 17.5.1
I haven’t changed anything on the phone lately in terms of widgets - the only thing I’m aware of is an iOS update.
This data has all been consumed from an eSIM I’m using when travelling overseas and I can’t understand what has suddenly gone wrong.
It is definitely the Home Screen within System Services that is hoovering up the data. ‍
