It was reported to the SAPS.

If that is not enough you want me to approach a court for informing them of someone spreading racist propaganda that my group should get murdered. This is not an individual view like Penny Sparrow where should would have immediately lost her job (if she wasn't unemployed) but racist propoganda by a group of people who prove it by letting the person keep their job despite spreading blatant hate speech. I would be crazy to confront them. There would be toytoying at court. The same hate slogans repeated. I would always have to watch over my shoulder of the ANC members wanting to teach me a lesson for taking the matter to court and making them look bad.
The SAPS doesn't deal with civil cases. Hence somebody needs to take him to a civil court.

I agree with you guys, Khumalo isn't innocent and deserves to be punished too. But at least I will admit that I couldn't be arsed to donate my personal time and resources to take this twat to court, so I'm not going to go around crying "but what about Khumalo"...

I was under the impression incitement of violence needs to be reported to SAPS and investigated as a matter of urgency to prevent any potential violence happening, not go and queue in civil courts for 6 months /shrug

Do you think a R150 000 fine is justified in this instance given her financial situation?

I don't know her financial situation, but I think if she is unable to pay the fine she will appeal and the court will hear her side of the story and apply its mind on it. Only if she can be bothered enough to approach the court, if Theunissen got away with community service, her chances for appealing successfully against her fine don't look too bad.

Fair enough..

The recent footage of her claiming to be unable to pay the fine raises questions over her mental fitness. She genuinely appears unfit to qualify as someone responsible for her own actions. A mental assessment should be carried out.

Her life situation might be indicative of having a mental disorder but State sponsored assessments are for serious crimes like murder and not crimes where punishment are fines.

Wealthy people use their own psychologists and doctors to game a corrupt system e.g. Oscar, Shaik, Selebi, Dewani etc, but she is penniless so can't go this route.

Unless they organize a lift for her to go to court, give her some legal representation the issue won't be resolved.
I propose the organization she was suppose to donate to does this.

Time for them to show what they really stand for. It's perfect opportunity for them.
