A good businessman would have stated that they were going to initiate discussions with ICASA to find a mutually acceptable way forward or maybe even provide us with good reasons why dropping the ADSL charge would not be sustainable. Instead, Telkom goes right into defensive action, cries foul play and threatens the future of ADSL.
Telkom has just given me another reason to hate them even more. -not surprised-
