I successfully called a number in September. When I called it now, there is a message saying the subscriber can't be reached. I also tried many times from my landline without success. Calling from Vodacom was successful.
Porting.co.za indicated that the number has always been on the MTN network.
Is it possible ? Or did I try to call the number exactly when the mobile phone was out of coverage ?
Who at Telkom can I email so that they investigate ?
