I'm sitting here in the US and need to know what company - MTN, Vodacom or Cell C - has this prefix. Also can I top up from here? Thanks.

Telkom sharecall is 0861, but I'm pretty certain that I've seen someone with an 086 prefix on their cellphone number.

You sure? I thought the first 3 digits were specific to a network, aside from porting.
