My Nikon P5100 was stolen many moons ago, I replaced it with a P6000.

I still have the P5100 wide angle lens + adapter tube (both in very good condition with original Nikon boxes).

Sadly no, the P6000 lens ring diameter is bigger than the 5100's.


P5000/5100 uses Nikon adapter tube UR-E20 + Nikon wide angle lens WC-E67
P6000 uses Nikon adapter tube UR-E21 + Nikon wide angle lens WC-E76

The 6000's adapter tube and wa lens are both MUCH bigger/fatter.

& funnily enough, the P6000's adapter tube fits the Baader Hyperion eyepieces perfectly (for spotting & telecopes)
The P6000 can be directly attached to the eyepiece with no vignetting (no such luck with 5100).
