100mbps download speed but 0 upload speed (Supersonic-Vumatel)

Hi everyone, for the past week I've gotten 0 upload speed but normal download speeds (100mbps). The issue happens when connected to both LAN and Wifi. I've tried different devices and different routers and the issue persists.

When unplugging the router and fibre box for 10 minutes and then reconnecting, both the download and upload speeds return to normal but this only lasts for 15 minutes or so and then the upload speed goes back to 0.

Any idea what the issue could be? I've tried different devices and different routers so it could only be the fibre box or the actual line itself right? Supersonic customer support has been useless.

Any advice is appreciated thank you. I reside in Cape Town Southern Suburbs if that helps at all.

Usually the combination of Supersonic and Vumatel brings worse luck than breaking a mirror.

But even bad luck spells usually become a thing of the past after seven years ...
