10GB GoBig cancellation shocker!

I'm really hoping that there is someone here that can help with some advise or perhaps someone has been through this situation when canceling the 10Gb Go Big contract. I gave notice to cancel my contract on the 20th of July, and it was supposed to cancel on the 17th of August. This is after the the full two years have lapsed. I just learned that a 25GB once off bundle was loaded on my account for R999! I did not load it and Telkom Mobile is saying that it was loaded from the Sim! This is impossible as the Sim has been inside a 3G router all along!
Has anybody had the same happen to them?

Had endless troubles trying to cancel my 10gb contract... after 6 calls and a cancellation letter via mail over 2 months... still nothing... Hello peter and within 1 day I received a message that the contract was cancelled... just last week

Haven't checked for an issue like you got here, what did you do to check this... or was it just billed?>\

The service in this country sucks and companies need to start putting more and spending more at the service level... and not the guys salaries and bonuses that sit at the top...A happy customer will always return

I feel your best bet is to make a complaint on Hello Peter... it seems it gets further and more assistance than when just calling the call desk and getting "Im sorry sir the system says..."

This is possible and easy. Anyone on your LAN could browse to http://onnet.8ta.com and load new bundle. No login/password required. Try it!
