10Mbps Line in Kwa-Dukuza - Any opinions?

Anyone here from Kwa-Dukuza that has a 10Mbps line, what speeds do you get.

Uplink?

Downtime?

I have a friend that purchased the line and is getting **** speeds.

I had to google KwaDukuza as I only know it as a large municipal area, now if you said Stanger we would know what you are talking about.

Upstream - 1023Kbps
Downstream - 10013Kbps

ie full line speed, no downtime, been on 10mbps since I ordered the product in June, depends on location though as at our other place which is just up the road, its only synching at 6mbps (not sure if alarm system is causing the drop in rate)

In town, our offices only synch at 4mbps, and as we never drop mweb as yet, shaping is crazy (leave alone throttling)
