15 attribute quests

Hey,

So ive been messing around in FoW and UW and getting lots of gold and a few cool items but I haven't found where to do the 15 attribute quests. How do I find them? Do I get them inside FoW and UW or from an NPC outside?

What chapter (Prophecies, Factions) were you talking about anyway?

Im refering to Prophecies.

I still want to get a lvl20 monk/mesmer before buying factions. My first char was an ele/necro but after learning a bit more about GW im looking forward to being a MM. Then ill buy factions. (Useless bit of info that has nothing to do with anything )

Aahhh...ok, Crystal desert (Destiny's Gorge, I think) and then from the Forgotten in Skyward Reach and Vanyi in Droknar give you the 15 point missions, I think?

I think you will enjoy a MM very much! The game will seem easier

Yeah I guess im taking my time, lol . But im playing almost every quest and also making sure I do the bonus of every mission. Ill just do that this one time, then future chars ill skip out some stuff.
