*162*pin# bundled info not working

When dialling *162*pin# and then selecting 1 for bundle info I get "You are not subscribed to any bundles". Previously I could query my remaining minutes and sms with this. A friend of mine says he gets the same error.

Was a big problem that started last night, should be rectified by now, man i was getting sick of giving people free minutes over the phone last night:D
