I just called 16202 just to hear my bundles have not been loaded. Not just the data but my free minutes and sms bundles too.

Tried the *162*pin# command but just get "system failure".I've been getting this error for a couple of weeks now. When I called the call centre I was told that server is down. Does anyone know what is going on?

Just another question: is mtnsp going to credit us for the data usage we are being charged for due to this error from their side?

yeah also wanted to ask what's going on here. It's been like this for almost a week now and I can't check my balances out.

Yup.. I sent them an email last week, and again on yesterday mornning, if they don't respond by tomorrow I'll log a complaint on hellopeter... seems to be the only way to get anyone to respond these days.

What happened to the reps that use to answer all our questions. I know of Clive moving to networks and Garreth but where are the others??

It really inspires confidence in the MTN billing system !!

I am normally a trusting soul , but looks like I am going to watch MTN with a hawk eye to make sure I do not pay more than I should.

Then again if they do overcharge me, it seem I have snowball chance in hell of getting money back.

According to the MTN 'manager' I spoke to... 16202 will be the most up to date... it seems to be for me anyway.

anyone had anymore luck with this? MTN's lack of response and time to repair is annoying me now. 16202 voice doesn't even report the right numbers to me, never did.
