It seems to be the Bundle Info option. The rest works, however we want the Bundle Info.

maybe it's like a test. If u can't access your balance, u don't know how much u have so u just keep calling and making chargeable calls?
seriously though, this is pathetic. Being way too long since this issue has surfaced and nothing's been done about it.
Yes 16202 is updating each day but that is not the issue. its *162*pin# service that has not been working for a month or more (can't even remember now) that has not been fixed despite many many calls to the useless call centre from many many mtn subscribers.The *162*pin# thingy still gives "system failure", but at least I can call 16202 and get my bundle info that way. It seems up to date as my billing date is the 20th and this morning I was allocated new bundles.
