16202 and MTN - active sucks !!!

Ok , I hope the people who handle the 16202 and MTN-active data , get their fingers out of their ears and wake up.

My billing date is on the 13th. So as of Yesterday (14th) I got my free ? minutes , sms bundle and data bundle for the month. Me , 16202 and MTN-active agree on that so far.

however.... I have since made phone calls. (which active shows me as billed for) , I have sent SMS's (which active shosw me as billed for - not deducted from bundle) and used aprox 40Mb of data( billed for).

both 16202 and active states that I still have ALL my phone calls , SMS's and data available as of this evening ?????

why did I get bundles if I'm still paying for the services. ???

So now what, Am i paying for these or is it going of my bundles ????

Is this a general problem or only because I ported to MTN a month ago???

I find this really frustrating. - If you offer a service , at least make sure the bloody thing works !

I really enjoy this digital age with information at your finger tips , so I guess it just irks me when the info is wrong.

I might get a little more ticked if at the end of the month I have to pay extra because of incorrect billing.

I am glad I am not the only one with this problem...

Only diffrence is I was billed while my data bundle was still active on the 11th Jan... thats R118 I have to pay at the end of next month just to be credited for...

Long night? On monday night I was up till 3am tuesday... then up at 9am... I guess every sport has its injuries... my sport is my mobile community I am still working on...lol

However MTN-active and 16202 - told me that I have new bundles for the month. then I start using the phone again and see the billing appear on MTN-active whilst the bundles do not show that they are being depleted. Surely once billing is done for a month , then billing is done for that month. Or can there be such a lag between the provider and billing services.

Up to now I have never been sure if I can believe what MTN-active is telling me. they seem to be 2or 3 days behind the current events on my account.

After all of this, all I'm actually saying is this : MTN maybe you have a problem with your MTN-active and 16202 services. check it out. I for one am happy to tag along for the ride and to keep on reporting back until the problem is solved. But having been a meerkat customer for many years I find the MTN 'customer support services' sadly lacking in comparrison.

And having said all of that , I must say MTN_DD , Pitbull, you guys are doing a difficult and thankless job. Keep it up and fight the good fight. I can't imagine what troubles you must have between us on the forum on the one hand and the money hungry bosses on the other.
