Ok , I hope the people who handle the 16202 and MTN-active data , get their fingers out of their ears and wake up.
My billing date is on the 13th. So as of Yesterday (14th) I got my free ? minutes , sms bundle and data bundle for the month. Me , 16202 and MTN-active agree on that so far.
however.... I have since made phone calls. (which active shows me as billed for) , I have sent SMS's (which active shosw me as billed for - not deducted from bundle) and used aprox 40Mb of data( billed for).
both 16202 and active states that I still have ALL my phone calls , SMS's and data available as of this evening ?????
why did I get bundles if I'm still paying for the services. ???
So now what, Am i paying for these or is it going of my bundles ????
Is this a general problem or only because I ported to MTN a month ago???
I find this really frustrating. - If you offer a service , at least make sure the bloody thing works !
