Bless SAPO. They had still not yet recovered from their debilitating apathy and now this.

Fake news, has to be we all know anything that possibly could have any affects would be long dormant before they touch a package

Shem. Couldnt happen to a harder working bunch of people.
What, harder working? The amount of stuff stolen from Witpos by staff is amazing. Of the 52 parcels sent from China in the past 2 years, only 11 were delivered intact

21 of them consisted of wet cardboard and empty plastic bags

4 were empty

5 had stuff missing and had been sealed with tape "Examined by SA Customs".

1 looked like it had been driven over by something heavy. The officer at Cape Mail thought it might have been a fork-lift truck

The others were damaged and some of the contents broken

I must also blame one supplier in China who wrapped 20 pairs of spectacles in bubble-wrap only. Not one survived

Suspicion of illicit substances.
'Suspicion' ;);)
If they suspect something, drugs, bomb, whatever, they aren't meant to just open it willy nilly like, taste it, smell it and play with whatever they find:giggle:

Anyway, you'll find its only one or two 'inspectors', the rest are collateral, hopefully not serious and they recover
