Johannesburg - The Public Investment Commission (PIC) is offering to sell its shares worth about R2.2bn in listed fixed line monopoly Telkom to members of the government employee pension fund as an additional empowerment measure.......

Hmmm, seems to me that PIC knows telkom is going to be losing profits next year and want to dump the shares quickly.
