1st iPhone Class-Action

The 1st Class-Action suit for iPhone. The guy claims
Trujillo, hopefuly not related to the former Dominican dictator, claims that he didn't know that the battery is a "sealed unit with it's [sic] battery soldered inside" and that:

The battery enclosed in the iPhone can only be charged approximately 300 times before it will be in need of replacement, necessitating a new battery annually for owners of the iPhone.

Yip, just thought it was funny and this guys lawyer doesn't seemed to be the sharpest knive in the drawer either :D
Eish, why doesn't the guy try and earn his money in a more respectable way.

Any hint (or non-hint) of an oppurtunity to sew (sue??) ... they go for it.

Surely they have a disclaimer similar to to the windows one that specifically states that they can only be liable for an amount up to the cost of the unit? ie. The best he will ever get is his money back. Minus lawyers fees of course.
