A UK based company seeks to appoint a 1st Line Analyst to provide end-users and act as a point of contact for all Applications and Infrastructure. You will need to have Matric (Maths and Computer Science), MS Office and Windows XP Windows 7; and have 18-24 months Customer Service experience; and trouble shooting abilities with Networks.
