A progressive international company seeks to appoint Service Desk 1st Line Analysts (to start 1st December) - to provide end-users with the ability to log tickets and requests, acting as a single point of contact for all Applications, Infrastructure and specific 3rd Party related problems. You will need to be a strong communicator with a 'can-do' attitude, be dynamic and have a high energy drive - together with being self motivated and punctual and be able to work in a team. Company offers bonus scheme, and excellent career advancement, growth and training.
You will need to have Matric (with Maths and Computer Science), have a good working knowledge of MS Office and Windows XP Windows 7; and 12-24 months help desk experience; and have basic trouble shooting abilities in the technical/ Networking environment.
