Is there any specific reason you'd like BLM to comment about juvenile delinquency? It's not really their area of concern.

Or would you simply be pointing out the apparent race of those kids to make a political point?
Let me guess, they are black, aren't they?

Twitter users were quick to point out the euphemism in a CNN tweet that referred to an alleged murder as an "accident."

"Police said the girls, 13 and 15, assaulted an Uber Eats driver with a Taser while carjacking him, which led to an accident in which he was fatally injured," CNN wrote in the tweet.

Seems there just is no end to CNN's fake news and lies. Hope AT&T wake up and sell the news channel off, even at a loss.

Why is this in a separate thread?
@mods please move it to the other thread?

That tweet is right. They assaulted him, then tried to steal the car and he held on to the door while they drove off and crashed.
The accident killed him, not directly the two girls. If he has let go if the door he'd probably be alive.

I am in no way victim blaming, but the tweet is correct that he was killed by the accident, caused by the carjackers.

No, you are wrong, so is the article.

When they drove off and he held onto the door, they knew their actions could have lead to his death - pretty much like the officer kneeling on a criminal's throat - and despite knowing this, they continued with their actions, which then killed him. This is murder. Their intentions were clear. His death with the direct cause of their actions.

Yeah, sounds like 2nd degree murder to me.
