2 girls, 13 and 15, charged in botched carjacking, murder of Uber Eats driver

This is first degree murder. Could just as well have taken a gun and shot him in the head to get him away from the car, and in the hope he survives.

Don't forget their ages. 13 and 15. The 13 year old will most likely be treated as a juvenile. 15 year old might be treated as adult due to the seriousness of the crime.

Twitter users were quick to point out the euphemism in a CNN tweet that referred to an alleged murder as an “accident.”

They're calling the car accident an accident. The car jacking did after all lead to an accident in which a man died. None of that means that the two girls didn't kill the man through their actions.

It's really silly to criticise a tweet that accurately describes the order of events.

I refuse to call this an accident. The girl sped off with him halfway out the car. Why? Maybe hoping that he fell out or hit a pole or something. They also tased him, they wanted to hurt him and they didn't give a **** about him as he lay face down on the ground.

He didn't die as a result of an accident, he died as a result of a violent carjacking. Accident was the wrong word to use here. The girls wanted something to happen to him.

Bad luck for them they crashed around a whole troop of army guys and police.

Why would the left media want to spin it?

Left media e.g. cnn is that Asian hate is created by white supremist and Trump supporters. CNN supporters and owners goal is to create a narrative that supports that. After creating that narrative they don't want to be exposed as hypocrites or prove they are wrong when that narrative can be disproven with statistics or with follow up news stories

Come one. In today's age with cellphone cameras, everyone would cover it if a video exists. Just look at George Floyd who was black. If it wasn't for the George Floyd video then it wouldn't have gone viral as it did.

Look at cases where no video exists.
This black Uber driver reported being attacked by an Asian man. He defended himself against a sexual assault and was found not guilty of defending himself.
