I logged a data/network complaint telephonically before 26 Nov and received a ref no.
I logged a 2nd complaint via e-mail later regarding the same issue and got a 2nd ref no.
Its been more than 19 days now since the last logged complaint, still no feedback from Vodacom.
Whats up with this?
