2 Logged complaints - No feedback for at least 19 days

I logged a data/network complaint telephonically before 26 Nov and received a ref no.
I logged a 2nd complaint via e-mail later regarding the same issue and got a 2nd ref no.

Its been more than 19 days now since the last logged complaint, still no feedback from Vodacom.

Whats up with this?

Nothing. It's normal customer service. Welcome to South Africa. Enjoy paying money for no service and getting taxed for it.

In all seriousness, vote with your wallet. Take your business elsewhere and make sure to tell everyone you meet and/or come into contact with regarding your service nightmares and how Vodacom cheated you out of money/data/whatever. Hurt them where it hurts the most, their pockets

I have had the same, looks as if Vodacom Customer Service has collapsed.

Where do I take my business to? Who do I pay to provide the service ? There is no one.
