I am SO tired of MTN's incompetent helpdesk.
After MTN disconnected my number for five days (from 24 Dec), it was reconnected, but I was unable to dial 16202 to check my free minutes & sms'es.
Logged a call on 7 Jan 2007 and it's still not resolved.
Do you guys think it would be wrong if I demand that this contract be cancelled? I've wasted hours talking to incompetent MTN helpdesk staff.
