I've mentioned in the Test thread that Tsotsobe has been impressive in the warm-up matches. I think he'd be a good replacement for Ntini :)

He was just a tad exspensive, but he took the wickets.

It's looking good, need 150 at over 9 a over

Well to be fair that was only really in the one over to Ponting, who got out to him soon afterwards. His figures so far are 7-1-28-2, which aren't too bad for an ODI.

You can be expensive but if you nailed the likes of ponting so what.

So long as he can keep taking wickets, it does not help if you are always expensive and only now and then have a lucky day with wickets

Quintin: "I disagree with JoeyC. Australia have the batters and the bowlers. But we have seen that Australian bowlers simply cannot bowl the right length and make poor dissisions. They certainly have better bowlers than Hilfenhaus and Johnson. They need to get all rounders that has been the key for them. Look at SA they have batting depth. The Aussies now have the first 4 wickets then its downhill from there. The selectors and captain are to blame for their poors decissions. The bowlers arent bowling there line of lengths get them out. Hifenhaus is an example he was the reason they lost the first one day he was too expensive in the dying overs of the match."

I thought Johnson was their one good bowler this whole tour? Not great in the ODIs though.

Hmmm, it's still looking doable for the Aussies. We need a wicket ASAP...

Aussies need 10 an over.

Currently 9.8 for last 5 overs.

Looks like it is going to be close if we don't get a few more wickets.

43.3 Botha to Hopes, OUT, of all things, Hopes has missed a low full toss! Botha serves it up and gets it to dip and Hopes plays all over it as he goes for a flick to the on side
JR Hopes b Botha 11 (23m 14b 0x4 0x6) SR: 78.57

It absolutely pains me to say this (considering my previous comments on him), but Botha has had a terrific ODI series. He has bowled and captained pretty damn well...

Excellent :D

Australia require another 70 runs with 3 wickets and 38 balls remaining. Required run rate = 11.18.
