No hamilton should not have won, it was touch and go as to who was going to come out first, hamilton never had that race. We saw what rubens did when the first round of stops happened, he decimated hammi's lead and i think regardless of the pitstop he may have come off second best.

If you look at the actual seconds Ruebens gained whilst on a lighter car during the first round of pit stops then he wouldn't have come out in front without the stuff up and he wouldn't have been able to pass either, notwithstanding being quicker or anything like that.

The track made for a very boring GP. Only straights and sharp bends where overtaking was impossible. Glock showed that anyone could actually do a fast lap if they tried...the question was whether you trusted the car to hold together because the heat plus the straights/corners meant that brakes etc were given a pounding.

There wasn't a hellava lot of difference between cars ...it was a question of strategy, grid position etc.

If i recall hamilton had about a 9-10 second gap to rubens before the stops, after the stops he just over 3 seconds behind the ham, rubens clawed back about 5 or 6 seconds on the first stop to hamilton. The second stop rubens was 4.3 seconds behind so do the math, it would have been tight. Hamilton's stop was about 6 longer than it should have been, he came out over 6 seconds behind.

There is nothing wrong with the redbull, just does not like certain tracks like the brawn.

The track made for a very boring GP.

QFT - what an utterly unimaginative, boring, useless strip of tarmac. 4 or 5 300+km/h sections, but no opportunity to actually pass. NO variation in gradient AT ALL. Utterly bland surroundings... Ugh.

Luckily we're at a proper track next week... :D

The only interesting sector is the last.... from turns 19 to 25 i think. Otherwise, bland!!

Spa is one track I never want to see go. Let's hope those F1 track designers don't do a Hockenheim, Nurburgring or Imola to it and eff up another brilliant track...

Am i the only who really enjoyed the GP?

I thought rubens chasing down the ham was fascinating. I was not at all bored during this GP.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the GP. It's just that the track is a disappointment though compared to the other circuits on the calendar...

Yea i got a projector that is hd ready, flippin insane on a 150" screen, just need an hd decoder but damn 4k is a lot for a buggy system grrrr.

I went to a buddies house to watch the rugga a couple weeks ago and i could barely see the ball hahaha, seems so small when you are used to a big screen.

:D:D
Are you also one of those 'big screen friends'...you find that they give all sorts of excuses for watching at home...because their screen is better/bigger.

Not even the lure of lots of booze and food can budge them. Edit: may have to consider strippers...may be cheaper than keeping up with the size of screens just to have your old buddies over.

Don't you okes get a sore neck when watching a 50" screen? Or do you sit further back so you can see it all without moving your head? If the latter, then you can get more value by sitting closer to a small screen :D

Well alcohol is far cheaper when you buy it from a bottle and watch on a big screen while braaing :p

I used to go to a sportbar to watch a big screen but then i spent like 200-300 bucks on alcohol and thought no man for 300 rand all of us can get pissed and buy meat :D, my neck does not get sore and i use my projector to watch normal tv, i sit about 3.5m back.

They do, guess i am so used to it, far better than trying to see what is going on a tiny screen like a 74" tv.

The shark girls look damn fine to me, i cannot comment on the players and i concentrate on 1 ball not 2 :D, girls of the playboy mansion they look fine as well, not short and stumpy.

Not at all but believe me when you watch sport on a projector or big lcd you will see what i mean.

There is nothing better than seeing sport on a massive screen. Movies are awesome as well.

Could never ever own a small tv ever again.
