No hamilton should not have won, it was touch and go as to who was going to come out first, hamilton never had that race. We saw what rubens did when the first round of stops happened, he decimated hammi's lead and i think regardless of the pitstop he may have come off second best.
If you look at the actual seconds Ruebens gained whilst on a lighter car during the first round of pit stops then he wouldn't have come out in front without the stuff up and he wouldn't have been able to pass either, notwithstanding being quicker or anything like that.
The track made for a very boring GP. Only straights and sharp bends where overtaking was impossible. Glock showed that anyone could actually do a fast lap if they tried...the question was whether you trusted the car to hold together because the heat plus the straights/corners meant that brakes etc were given a pounding.
There wasn't a hellava lot of difference between cars ...it was a question of strategy, grid position etc.
