Nice airwolf.

I read a story which actually annoyed me and that was rubens got a drive for the old honda team and bruno senna missed out. No offense to rubens but i think he should move over and let some new blood in as he is well past it now.

Sounds like Mclaren are not quite ready or have a car that is not up to scratch but i guess we have to wait for race weekend to confirm.

I also hope a few other teams have made progress because in all honesty i am sick of seeing mclaren and ferrari dominate f1.

And this first one (AUSTRALIAN on the 29th), race time is 8am I believe?

Must say that the cars look really funny this year with the wide noses.

It will be on SS2 or 1 again i think. Problem you have is Australia is normally 6am in the morning and i doubt many pub owners will open up for a f1 race, if it was tri-nations you can be sure they would be open.

Seriously, my first GP since a very long time ago when I was watching Jody Schechter and Jame Hunt race around Kyalami.

Can't wait!

Don't like what mr Bernie is going to do.

He wants the driver with most wins to receive the championship regardless if someone else has got more points.

DUH..

They complained for years to reward consistency and now this?

Ya that is a stupid idea, rather go back to the 10 win 6 second i think that was fair and to be honest i think this 10 8 is rubbish because there is no need to try and win.

They had to change it though because of shummi but not it is so close they can go back.

Actually i have changed my mind on this whole thing and i think it is a good idea, no more settling for points.

Current Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton has slammed the recently-implemented rule changes (SN reported) which, had they been in place last year, would have seen him come in second behind Felipe Massa.

Hamilton said "It's hard to believe these recent decisions will improve things for the trackside spectators and TV viewers, who should always be our priority." His statements were made through Honda before a teams association protest against the FIA.

I dunno but i think this will spice things up if ferrari are not dominant because to many drivers settle for 2nd and could push for a victory but do not want to risk losing points.

I were once enthusiastic about F1 but these couple of years, I've just been feeling indifferent about it. And it's got nothing to do with the actual happenings in the sport. It's just ... meh.

I suppose the only answer is to still be in the pub from the previous night;)
