Well we must not rely on other teams, we must get past england and go through, no point hoping other teams do us a favour but england beating sri lanka would be a huge bonus because maybe just maybe they will be knocked out :D

The outcome of this game doesn't directly affect SA's chances. SA need to win on Sunday when they play Eng for them to go through.

I suspect though if Eng loose against SL, they will put up more of a fight against SA.

Should be a good game though. Eng come in after a good win against the Aussies in their last match.
Yeah but they need to top the group to play at the Wanderers, that's what I want otherwise I'm gonna have to sell my tickets :D

a Lucky win, aussie minds where on the champs trophy after already being up 6-0.

England have had some dire odi sides but this current one ranks as one of the worst.

If we can't beat them we don't deserve to get into the semi's. Seeing as the game as at centurion will also help us a lot. They are woefull vs any spin, kp being the exception but he isn't here.

I will be shocked if england don't return home with 3 losses.

ROfl, then the media in england will go crazy and they will sack all the coaches/managers. The team will be restructured yet again, and i will laugh because they think they are the best in the world because the won the ashes.

I hope this happens just so they can stop being so frikin arrogant and learn that they are just as Sh#t as new zealand

Kinda like Dale Steyns comments before the Sri Lanks game.
Hopefully England can pull a victory off against SA, but i doubt it though, not on current form.

It's not a semi final, so no chance of that happening...

Lol...., if England lose to SL today, then Eng vs SA could be a "semi" situation.

:) True.
But England are way bigger chokers than us.
They've lost a few World Cup finals, this one's final they lost to WI last time...
We haven't lost an ICC final yet (I think).

Yeah we only played the one icc champs trophy and won, our record in finals of triangular tournaments are also good. We just choke in semi's.

please let any team but England win a world cup, ICC or any tournament. They still remind us constantly of their 1967 soccer and 2003 Rugby world cup >_< the world will never forget!

I wouldn't call England chokers, When they make it to a final, they just to happy to be there, win or lose, it does not happen often.
