... I fear the Boks will be at the level of the average NH sides ... which they probably are in those conditions.
Two out of two, but I got that one slightly wrong Fulcrum. Boks below their level. Plus the Irish didn't need any luck today

Goodnight!

Oh piss off with your k@k.

No it's actually genius. Sack the 2nd most successful coach since readmission less than a year before the World Cup.. It's brilliant. So disappointed I didn't think of it first.

Anyway, at 63 minutes it was 13-10 and the Boks had the momentum. Dwayne gives away a 3 pointer with a daft high tackle and soon after Strauss is binned, a soft yellow.

Also the 9 was out yet neither the touch judge or ref picked it up and Ireland converted a penalty soon after.

We could of easily beaten them if we had just adapted our game plan. They were clearly employing a rush defence so a couple of chip kicks or grubbers behind the line would have caused havoc for them. But no, we keep doing the same thing expecting a different result.

Not necessarily, we must just learn to adapt and play to our strengths on the day. Don't know why we tried to employ a kicking game when Hougaard is clearly not very good at it.

Make up your mind. You've only been the coach for 5 minutes and you already got a contradictory game plan.

Ok, no need to be condescending. What I meant was we employed our traditional kick for territory game plan with kicks to the corners by our scrumhalf, flyhalf and fullback. What I believe would have been more effective is if we stuck with a more of a running game like we did against NZ and mixed it up slightly by putting the odd grubber behind their rush defence. I don't think that is generally considered a 'kicking' game in the traditional sense.

Almost every time we tried running at them our carrier was isolated and ball got turned over.

They were better than us on the ground and our support play was simply poor.
