There's two things I can say here...

You guys must really love the game to watch those teams

Or

You are just bored to death :p

A few of the greedy Boks are signing up with the Japs so it's nice to know how competitive it is if we're going to tolerate the self-professed "risk-taker" Heyneke calling back the likes of Jacques Fourie&FdP etc from there.

Alongside Zimbabwe, Kenya&Uganda, Namibia are a decent gauge of how healthy rugby is in the rest of Africa so it's always nice to see how well they're doing.

Having said all of that I haven't watched either of the two games but Namibia shouldn't be losing to Canada. They are fortunate to be the continent's other representatives at the upcoming WC. Other teams were stronger but just missed the trick somewhere. Not that they'v edone anything noteworthy before so it'll make little difference, but I think this will be Namibia's weakest ever team to the RWC.

I heard the weather at the NAM game was a bit off? Anyone?

Wonder if we took Canada on in Windhoek during the 30 degree weather would we win?

Sigh! wish It was later so I could open a beer....or two....

On a serious note....it's good for rugby. We need more international competition for these countries to develop.

First part is right. It's for the benefit of the game itself rather than those countries' development. We need more international competition just for rugby to be more popular than basketball and assume greater significance than baseball period!

Why would you want to diminish the American culture, it is their sport and they have every right to cherish their athleticism. Besides American and Canadian rugby is very active in Europe.
