Not sure how big the golf fraternity is on MyBB but thought I'd fire up a Ryder Cup thread for thems that are interested. It's shaping up to be a cracking edition this year and the barbs between the two sides have already started (Phil Mickelson's jibe at Rory McIlroy and Graeme McDowell). Not quite sure how it will top the 2012 'Miracle at Medinah' event for sheer drama, but it should be a close one nonetheless.

For my money, the Europeans have a more rounded looking side and have Rory McIlroy coming into the event on the back of a simply staggering 2014 season. Team lineups here.

I think I feel a sudden cold coming on and might need to call in sick tomorrow! :D

Team Scores after The Fourball Matches:

Team USA: 2.5 - 1.5 Team Europe

Insanely good golf today. I didn't see the morning session but I believe the players were ripping up the course! Something like 63 birdies and an eagle in the first 64 holes played.

Singles tomorrow should be a cracker! This is really the Europeans to lose. They've been better from the first match. We had the Miracle at Medinah two years ago. Will we see the Get out of Jail at Glen Eagles from the US?

Europeans tightening the noose now. Some brilliant golf all-round though.
